Shipping and Returns


Four and Twenty Sailor is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items by the next business day.

  • Pickup in Store Available
  • Gift Wrap Available on All Orders (call us to let us know how to group your gifts 801-485-2951)
  • Standard shipping is normally 2-3 Business Days
  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 before tax
  • Standard orders will be shipped and delivered by USPS
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and the associated charges


Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be honored on any items older than 14 days from the date of purchase. Sale items returns are eligible for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds on special/custom orders, gift cards, or final sale items.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and tracking your item being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
